4-star cottage with 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2.5 bathrooms and a large open area that includes kitchen, dining room and living room. In the basement, a play room has been fitted out.

It perfectly meets the needs of outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers and those who are simply looking for a haven of calm and rest.

Charming rustic cottage located on a peaceful and wooded site that can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people. With an interior finish in pine and natural cedar as well as a stone fireplace, the cottage seduces with its rustic character. Built in the heart of nature, the Lac Vert Cottage is a privileged vacation spot in all seasons.

Our cottage is located in a very peaceful environment. It is not a waterfront cottage because we are located on the other side of the street, slightly on the mountainside and therefore a little higher than the lake. We have access that gives you the opportunity to go to the lake. This is a small trail located 300 meters from the chalet (3-4 minutes walk on the road). This is where we leave, at the disposal of our customers, a canoe and a 2-seater kayak (of the “sit-on-top” type) and a single kayak.

3 minutes from the village of St-Adolphe-d'Howard, 5 minutes from Mont Avalanche for skiing, 10 minutes from Ski Morin Heights and 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur, SPA at10 min.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the cottage. Pets are not accepted.
